Commiserations to our senior team after losing to Crossmaglen in the Ulster Club Final in Cavan last Sunday. They have served the club and county very proudly and we would like to thank Cathal and the boys for giving us some wonderful memories in 2010. We are very lucky to have such a talented and dedicated bunch of players and we hope they can continue on in 2011.
The U21s are due to play Four Masters at home in the 1st round of the championship this Sunday.
The November draw for 200 Club was a week late because of the bad weather and was held last Tuesday night in the Highlands Hotel and 1st prize of 500 Euro went to Pat Eamon Boyle, Glen Road and 5 prizes of 100 Euro went to Albert Wade, Martin Mc Dyer, Ann Quinn, Stacey Blake and Dermott Bonner.
A Night at the Races will be on in the Noble Bar, Fintown on Friday 17th December at 8.30pm.A bus will leave Roddys at 8.15pm. Special guest on the night will be Dr Maguire.
There was no lotto draw last week because of the bad weather. The draw takes place every Tuesday night at the Community Centre Bingo and next Tuesday they will be holding there Christmas Bingo with lots of prizes.
Congratulations to Sean Connaughton on his appointment as Youth Officer at last Monday nights County Convention.
