Naomh Conaill Club Notes 7th August 2012
Well done to the Donegal senior team on progressing to the All Ireland semi final where they will take on down Cork on Sunday 26th August. Names for tickets can be given to any club officer.
There was no winner of last weeks lotto. The numbers drawn were 1,9,22 and 25. Two prizes of €50 went to Pat Mc Loone Straboy and Ciaran Byrne Bellaghy Co. Derry. Next weeks jackpot is €2,600.
This Saturday 11th August the club will host the U-10 Go Games Blitz. Naomh Columba, Dungloe and Killybegs will be the visiting clubs. The blitz will start at 11am.
The U-14’s play Dungloe in the championship regional semi final on Monday 13th August in Dooey at 7.30pm.
Well done to the minor team who overcame Naomh Mhuire last week in the championship quarter final first leg on a scoreline of Naomh Conaill 4-08 1-09 Naomh Mhuire.
The club will hold a camp for boys and girls age 6 to 12 years from Tuesday 21st August to Friday 24th August. The camp will run from 10am to 2pm every day and costs €25 per child or €40 per family. In the recent guess the score for the Donegal v Down in aid of the Donegal County Ladies Board nobody guessed the correct score so there was an opened draw done and congratulations to Caoimhe Molloy Clos Naomh Conaill who won €50.
